Privacy Policy

This page explains how LinkPlease collects, uses, protects, and shares information for its Instagram DM automation workspace.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details such as name, email address, WhatsApp number, password, workspace settings, and plan information.
  • Instagram and Meta account data only after you connect an official Meta integration, such as profile details, messages, comments, story replies, and permitted conversation metadata needed to run your workflows.
  • Gmail account and email workflow data only after you connect Gmail Assistant, such as connected account details, email drafts, templates, scheduled follow-ups, sent logs, failed logs, and delivery metadata needed to provide the service.
  • Customer or follower information you choose to collect through automation flows, such as email addresses, phone numbers, product interests, order requests, and conversation notes.
  • Usage, device, log, and analytics data that helps us operate the service, protect accounts, debug issues, and improve product performance.

2. How we use information

  • To create and manage your LinkPlease workspace, authenticate your account, and provide dashboard features.
  • To run the Instagram DM, comment, contact, catalog, order, and analytics workflows that you configure.
  • To run Gmail Assistant features that you configure, such as AI email writing, sending from connected Gmail, templates, scheduled follow-ups, and email logs.
  • To provide customer support, security monitoring, abuse prevention, product analytics, billing operations, and service notifications.
  • To improve LinkPlease features, maintain reliable infrastructure, process payments, and support official Meta API integrations.

3. Meta and Instagram data

  • LinkPlease is designed to use official Meta APIs. We do not ask users for Instagram passwords, and we do not support scraping, spam, or unofficial automation methods.
  • Instagram data is used only to provide the workflows selected by the account owner, such as replying to permitted messages, managing contacts, and reporting campaign activity.
  • We do not sell Instagram message data, follower data, customer contact data, or connected account data.

4. Gmail Assistant data

  • Gmail Assistant is designed to use authorized Gmail access only after the account owner connects Gmail and grants permission.
  • Gmail data is used only to provide user-selected email features, such as drafting, sending, scheduling follow-ups, templates, and sent or failed email logs.
  • We do not sell Gmail message data, email recipient data, templates, or connected Gmail account data.

5. Data sharing

  • We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate hosting, authentication, analytics, email, payments, support, security, and infrastructure.
  • We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to enforce our Terms of Service.
  • We do not share customer data with advertisers or unrelated third parties for their independent marketing.

6. Security and retention

  • We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account and workflow data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
  • We keep data only as long as needed for product operation, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes.
  • When a workspace is deleted or an integration is disconnected, related data is removed or de-identified unless retention is legally required.

7. Your choices and rights

  • You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
  • You may disconnect Instagram or Meta integrations from your workspace settings.
  • Depending on your region, you may have additional privacy rights under laws such as GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or applicable local privacy rules.
