These terms define how LinkPlease can be used, what users are responsible for, and how Instagram automation must stay within official platform rules.

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing LinkPlease, or using any workspace feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Service description
LinkPlease provides a SaaS workspace for Instagram DM automation, keyword replies, contacts, product catalogs, order workflows, analytics, and related automation features. Features may vary by plan, region, Meta API approval status, and platform availability.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your login credentials, and ensuring that anyone using your workspace follows these Terms and applicable platform rules.
4. Meta and Instagram compliance
You must comply with Meta Terms, Instagram rules, developer policies, messaging policies, rate limits, consent requirements, and anti-spam rules. LinkPlease must not be used for scraping, fake engagement, unsolicited spam, abusive messaging, or unauthorized automation.
5. Customer and follower data
You are responsible for the customer, follower, lead, and order information you collect through your workflows. You must have a lawful basis to collect and use that data and must honor deletion, access, and opt-out requests where applicable.
6. Plans, billing, and regional pricing
Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually. Regional pricing may be offered for certain markets. Users should not use VPNs, false account details, or other methods to bypass regional pricing rules.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use LinkPlease to send spam, phishing messages, illegal content, misleading offers, abusive messages, malware, or content that violates Meta, Instagram, payment provider, or applicable legal requirements.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates platform risk, harms other users, attempts unauthorized access, abuses automation, or creates legal or security concerns.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
LinkPlease depends on third-party platforms such as Meta, Instagram, hosting providers, payment processors, and email providers. We are not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, API changes, or platform enforcement actions.
10. Changes and contact
